Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Cpfans, your satisfaction is our top priority. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

If you receive a defective product, please refer to our limited product warranty for assistance.

Return & Exchange Guidelines

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the purchase date (as indicated on your receipt). After this period, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.

For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, the following conditions apply:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, unopened, and undamaged, with all original packaging intact.
  • Products sold as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a complete set.
  • This policy does not apply to items marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable.

For online purchases, return shipping costs are not covered by Cpfans unless the return is due to a product quality issue.

Your rights under applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected and are in addition to this policy.

All returned items must be sent to Cpfans in their original condition. Additional charges may apply for damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, missing parts, or accidents.

If a return or exchange is due to a product defect or quality issue, Cpfans will cover the return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.

For returns or exchanges made for personal reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The determination of the item’s condition and eligibility for a return is at Cpfans sole discretion.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Important Notes:

  • Requests that do not meet our policy terms will not be approved.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be eligible for a refund, and Cpfans is not responsible for lost items.
  • For approved returns or exchanges, Cpfans will provide a prepaid return label along with instructions. Be sure to return the product with all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and complimentary gifts (if applicable).

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you via email regarding the approval or denial of your request.

If Approved:

  • Exchanges will be processed promptly.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1–3 business days. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not appeared after the expected processing time:

  1. Allow extra time for the transaction to be fully processed.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider for updates.
